Η Kechagia Ioanna, was born and raised in Thessaloniki.

She is an undergraduate student in the Department of Informatics with Applications in Biomedicine at the University of Thessaly.
Her research interests include data analysis, as well as application development and design. In particular, she focuses on the development of systems that have applications in the health sector, with the aim of improving the quality of life of users.
In the context of these interests and in collaboration with Professor Kakaroundas Athanasios, they analyzed the price of the properties based on their location and proximity to various points of interest. This research contributed to the understanding of the real estate market by providing important information that can lead to practical solutions for optimizing investments, urban planning and improving the quality of life.
In addition, stakeholders can look at different regions and make decisions according to local market conditions, making this study a valuable tool for investors and citizens in the real estate market.
